My life’s mission
I believe its my life mission to educate my clients on the most advantageous training modalities and lifestyle hacks to bring out their most vivacious, strong and empowered self. I believe in meeting people where they are at in their fitness journey and being a strong and powerful inspiration. I have a very unique, unorthodox approach that I believe will be life changing. I work with people who are struggling to lose weight, people with eating disorders, disabled or body competitors. There is no cookie cutter approach to fitness. I help you accomplish your goals based off of what is best for you. I choose specific moves and workouts that are catered to your specific goals.
I strongly believe in incorporating intense weight training as a very effective body recomposition modality and overall effectiveness to optimize health and wellness.
Not only do I educate you on physical training but I educate you on what is important outside of the gym. I hit all aspects of health and wellness that are crucial to your success. Physically, emotional, cognitive, aesthetic. I teach you how to optimize your sleep, food intake, lifestyle hacks, and more.

Meeting Elise was pure happenstance, but our chance meeting has revealed itself to be FATE! In the spirit of conciseness, I will share that my decision to approach her and later ask her to help me improve my leg through overcoming and conquering my fear of heavy squatting has been one of the best decisions I made this year thus far. Elise is attentive, inquisitive, knowledgeable, leads by example, has a king heart and spirit and has taken a vested interested in my fitness goals and success.
